- Afternoon (11am -4pm) – This is the height of the “action”. If you want to be out riding Midday is the time to do it.
Late Afternoon (4pm-8pm) takes the cake. The water generally starts to calm, boat traffic diminishes and the sun starts going down on yet another beautiful day in the city surrounded by lakes. Absolutely breathtaking!
